You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us once your order is placed. At this point, your shipping address cannot be accommodated.
Once your oder has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
How to make a return

Please note, only domestic orders ( inside Europe ) within the return period will initiate the flow. All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days after delivery is received back to our atelier.
- Once we receive your return and confirm its acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
- A 10€ return fee will be deducted from your refund
- All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Our company cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse.
Return policy
We accept returns shipped back to our atelier within 14 days of the delivery confirmation notification.
Unless you received a damaged / different size or color from what you ordered, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you opt for store credit or exchange this fee is waived.
The return shipping costs are not covered by the company except for mistaken or damaged garments.
Items shipped back after 14 days will not be accepted.
Returns are eligible for refund (- shipping costs fees ), store credit or exchanges, as long as they meet the following requirements :
> Items must be in original condition : unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
> We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, or a store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
> The shipping cost fee will be applied to all returns which will be deduced from your refund. If you chose a store credit or an exchange, the shipping fee will be waived.
We ship globally with certain exceptions. Duties and taxes must be pre-paid and will be collected at check-out.

Shipping Guidelines
All orders are shipped via the shipping company you choose at check-out Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed within 1 or 2 business day. Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please not that orders are not shipped with signature required.
Our company is not responsible for
- any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address
- orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
